Privacy and personal data policy
This policy explains how artist Svetlana Lebedeva handles information provided by website visitors.
1. Controller and contact
The data controller is Svetlana Lebedeva. Requests concerning access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent may be sent to art.svetlana.lebedeva@gmail.com.
2. Information handled
When contacting the artist, a visitor may provide a name, email address, optional phone or messenger details, message text and information about a painting. The hosting provider may process IP address, browser type, request date and time, and security logs required to operate the website.
3. How the form works
The form currently does not submit information to the website database. It opens the visitor’s email application and prepares a message. The information remains on the visitor’s device until the visitor sends that email. A sent email is delivered to the controller and may be processed by the relevant email provider.
4. Purposes and legal basis
Information is used to respond to enquiries, discuss a purchase, exhibition or collaboration, take steps requested before an agreement, perform an agreement, and protect the website from misuse. The basis is the visitor’s consent or the need to act on the visitor’s request before entering into an agreement.
5. Retention
Ordinary correspondence is retained for no longer than one year after the last substantive contact, unless longer retention is required to perform an agreement, meet accounting or legal duties, or protect legitimate interests.
6. Sharing and confidentiality
Information is not sold, published or used for advertising mailings. Technical and email providers may receive only the information necessary to operate the site and deliver messages. Authorities may receive information where required by law.
7. Cookies
The site uses only a functional preferred-locale cookie to remember the selected language. Advertising and analytics cookies are not currently used.
8. Visitor rights
A visitor may request access, correction, restriction or deletion and may withdraw consent by emailing the controller. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully carried out.

The current version is always published on this page. Material changes apply after an updated version is posted.
